Sending the sketch:
Within 1 business day of placing your order, we will ship 1 sketch I'll email you the design for your review. This will allow you to ensure that the design meets your expectations before proceeding.

Confirmation and changes:
Once you receive the sketch, you will have 24 hours to accept the design or request us all the changes you want in a single instance. It is important that, if you wish to make any modifications, you include all your comments in one response. If the design meets your expectations, please confirm your choice by replying to the email.
If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, we will proceed with production using the submitted design.

Production:
Once we receive your confirmation, the production process takes approximately 2 business days. This means that from the time you place your order and confirm the design until the product is manufactured, a minimum of 4 business days may pass.

Shipping options when the product is ready (business days):

• Express Shipping (24/48 hours): Once the product is manufactured, shipping will take between 24 and 48 hours to arrive at your address.
• Standard Shipping (4-5 business days): This regular shipping option takes between 4 and 5 days to arrive at your address once the product is ready to be shipped.

Important:
The minimum total time, from when you place your order until the product is ready to be shipped, is 4 business days. From this point, shipping time will be added, depending on the option you choose (Express or Standard). Therefore, we recommend placing your order in advance if you need the product by a specific date.

3. Review and Save:
Double-check that the design looks exactly as you want it. Once you're happy with the result, add your personalized product to your cart.

4. Complete your purchase:
Follow the instructions to complete your purchase. We'll take care of the rest and deliver it to your door!

Exchanges or returns will not be accepted, except in the case of manufacturing defects.

  Due to the customization process, we cannot guarantee delivery on specific dates. We recommend planning ahead. Orders take a minimum of 4 days to leave the warehouse, depending on the time it takes the customer to choose their preferred design and the production process. Once completed, we proceed with shipping, which may vary depending on the option selected: express shipping (24-48 hours) or standard shipping (4-5 days).
